i just find the idea that god hates anyone to be such a foreign concept. i’m not the most religious person in the world, but pretty much i only feel sadness for these people. i don’t understand how someone can read the bible, talk about jesus, and yet believe such things. but in the end, ‘forgive them, for they know not what they do.’ today i am proud to live in the district of columbia. that’s not something that can be said very often. love does win, which should generally be regarded as the most important thing of all. tbridge: Photo via Matt Dunn, click through for original.
